Fall-Winter-Spring schedule – valid September 2, 2025-June 26, 2026
You can arrange for your child to take part in a trial lesson for $30, which will be applied to tuition and registration should your child join our program. We offer all students the chance to enjoy the challenges of gymnastics. Weekday classes will continue as they are during the year. We’ll have no weekend classes from June 28-August 31. Weekend classes will resume in September.
Boys – Class Descriptions
Our coaches will determine the training level appropriate for your child based on his capabilities and age. Dress is a T-shirt and athletic shorts or a warmup. Socks or bare feet is the norm.
Beginner: Introductory and pre-team, ages 5-10, plus 2 classes for 11+. Classes focus on gymnastics body-shapes and simple progressions for rolls, cartwheels, swings and basic strength. Classes last 55 minutes.
Intermediate: Building on beginner level, ages 5-10 years old. Classes focus on simple progressions leading to skills such as balances, cartwheels, swings and continued strength development. Classes last 90 minutes. By invitation.
Preteam learns simple routines as it is our getting-ready-to-compete group. By invitation.
Level 3: This is the initial level for competing; ages 6+. Gymnasts learn the skills for performing routines on all 6 apparatuses and can compete at the state level. Not all choose to compete.
Levels 4-6: A more serious commitment and opportunity to compete at a regional level (11 states combined). Training primarily consists of pre- and post-workout conditioning, flexibility and skill training for routines.
Levels 7-10: boys have now learned enough skills to fashion their own routines according to the rules for optional exercises.
Girls – Class Descriptions
Our classes cater mainly to beginner girls, ages 5-16. Intermediate is for those who have gone beyond beginner level, and are invited to move into those classes by our staff. Dress is a T-shirt and athletic shorts or a leotard or a warmup. Socks or bare feet are the norm. All beginner classes last 55 minutes, while intermediate class lasts 90 minutes.
Preschool Class Description
For both boys and girls, ages 3-4 years old. Introduction to various movements, events and basic skill development. Emphasis on fun while exercising. Classes last 45 minutes and have a low student:teacher ratio. Dress is a T-shirt and athletic shorts or a leotard or a warmup. Socks or bare feet is the norm.
Mini & Me Class description
This class encourages parents to join in movement exploration with their tot, ages 1.5 up to not-yet-3yo. Emphasis on fun while exercising. Classes last 45 minutes and have a low student:teacher ratio. Dress is a T-shirt and athletic shorts or a leotard or a warmup. Socks or bare feet are the norm
Open gym
For those interested, an opportunity to work on skills learned without direct instruction at all times. College and adults train Wednesday 8-10pm, while children train Sunday 2-4pm
Special needs children
If your child has special needs and cannot participate in group instruction, we can arrange private lessons for that child.
Bad weather: In case of bad weather, an email and text message will be sent out if classes are cancelled.

Tumbling classes can be arranged with groups of 6 or more.
Private lessons are available.
Birthday parties are available by arrangement. A party for 10 guests plus the birthday child costs $350 for 1 hour of activity in our gym, followed by a half-hour of food and drink, which is supplied by the host family. Extra guests above 10 cost $15 each. Parents can come in an hour before the party to set up our party area.
In the case of two or more from one family, after the first child, each additional child will receive 5% off the training fee. The training fee is due the first of each month. If the fee is not received by the 5th of the month, a $10 late fee is charged per family for Preschool, Beginner or Intermediate, $25 for Preteam and above. Fees are paid online using our Jackrabbit Class Management System by ACH or credit card (Jackrabbit Autopay runs the 1st of each month), or by cash, check, money order, Venmo or Cashapp. Any family paying for 6 months at one time receives 5% discount from the 6-month total.
PBG keeps a waitlist when classes are filled and will contact any on the waitlist when an opening occurs.
